किचन में है स्किन मैजिक.....

अगर आपकी आंखों के नीचे काले घेरे हैं तो कच्चे आलू के टुकड़ों को प्रभावित स्थान पर रगड़ें। आप चाहें तो आलू को कुचलकर इसका गूदा भी प्रभावित जगह पर लगा सकती हैं। आलू के प्रयोग से काले घेरों से छुटकारा मिलेगा।
इसमें मौजूद पोषक तत्व जैसे आयरन और विटामिन ए त्वचा के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद है। इसका जूस निकालकर या इसे उबालकर त्वचा पर मलने से सौंदर्य में निखार आता है।
अगर आपके चेहरे पर असमय झुर्रियां पड़ गई हैं तो बंदगोभी के पत्तों का रस निकालकर इसमें एक टीस्पून शहद मिलाकर चेहरे पर लगाने से लाभ मिलेगा।
गाजर का रस निकालकर त्वचा पर लगाकर कुछ समय के लिए छोड़ दें। तत्पश्चात साफ पानी से धो लें।
टमाटर का सेवन करने से एक ओर जहां स्वास्थ्य सही रहता है। वहीं इसका उपयोग सौंदर्य निखारने में भी किया जा सकता है। टमाटर का रस निकालकर नींबू के रस की कुछ बूंदें मिलाकर चेहरे पर लगाने से स्किन मुलायम होती है और उसमें निखार आता है।
संतरे का रस निकालकर इसे रुई के फाहे से या साफ हाथों से चेहरे पर लगाने से त्वचा मुलायम होती है। यही नहीं संतरे के छिलकों को गुलाबजल एवं बेसन में मिलाकर लगाने से मुहांसों से राहत मिलती है। साथ ही त्वचा में निखार भी आता है।

How to make hair removal wax at home

Step 1Take a saucepan and heat some sugar in it. Keep stirring until it starts melting. Let the sugar caramelise.Step 2Mix in a few drops of honey and lemon into the mixture. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes really hot.
While stirring, you need to make sure that the wax has good consistency .

If you think that the mixture is too thick, add a little water to it and keep mixing.
Step 4
Once the mixture is ready , take it off the stove and keep it at room temperature for about an hour and allow it to cool down.
Step 5
Once the wax has been cooled, take a tin container and refrigerate it.

- You can also try applying a cube of ice on the affected area to reduce the redness.

Fruit masks are now the in thing. With the vitamins and minerals present in fruits it immediately gives a boost to your skin. So this summer eat lots of fruits and now even apply them. 

Banana: You can use a banana as an all-natural, homemade facial mask that moisturizes your skin and leaves it looking and feeling softer. Mash up a medium-sized ripe banana into a smooth paste. Gently apply it to your face and neck. Let it set for 10 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water.
Tomato: This helps a lot in clearing the scarring and pimples also. Rub a thin slice of tomato on your face. Let it dry then wash with cold water or you can also squeeze a tomato and apply on your skin. The seeds give a scrubbing action while you wash it off.

Grape pulp: You can apply it to get rid of blemishes and minor acne. Mash the grapes to obtain the pulp of the fruit. Apply onto your face and leave on till it dries. Then wash it off.

Papaya pulp: This natural face mask is wonderful for tanned skin. It rejuvenates skin and makes it glow. Take a ripe papaya, and scoop out the pulp. Massage on to damp skin for 15-20 minutes and wash it away.
