How to maintain luscious healthy lips
Our lips need just as much care as the rest of our skin. Here are some helpful tips for taking care of your lips....
- Avoid licking your lips whenever they turn dry. Your saliva evaporates quickly, leaving them drier than before. Also, try not to breathe with your mouth open.
- Choose a lip balm with a base of beeswax, petroleum jelly or paraffin - as they help in sealing the moisture.
- Avoid smoking and excessive intake of alcohol and caffeine, as they cause darkening of lips.
