Kohl should accentuate your eyes without altering their shape, weighing them down, making them look droopy, or worse, sludgy andmessy. 

To get flawlessly kohl-ed eyes, line your upper lid with a liquid, matte-finish eyeliner, pausing for a few minutes to let the colour dry. Draw with a steady hand. Then sharpen the tip of your kohlpencil and line your lower lid with the kohl pencil. Keep this line within your lashline. Blot at your inner and outer corners if your eye starts to water. Use an eyelash curler to enhance your lashes.
